Andrea Barbara Romita is a creative director, digital artist and designer, founder of dragonemelone – design studio and co-founder of Nostra Collective, a research and experimental arts collective rooted in the Apulian territory. With a background in ISIA and academic studies, she blends design, technology, and critical thinking through digital communication, web2/web3 development, and accessible eco-conscious digital practices.
Her artistic work spanning performance, new media, and sound art explores the relationship between humans and nature as a single interconnected ecosystem. She also works as an independent curator, with exhibitions in Italy and abroad, including Toronto, Berlin, Paris, Rome, Milan, Florence, Turin and Bari.
Andrea is an active member of Italia Non Profit and AIAP.
Her writing on art, digital culture and feminism appears in independent publications such as Artuu Magazine, Inactual Editions and Dito Publishing.
