Neuroscientist by training, she conducted research in neuroimmunology at King’s College London and the National Institutes of Health in the United States. She later chose to pursue her greatest passion: science communication. She earned a Master’s degree in Science and Health Communication and currently works in healthcare communication, with a particular focus on promoting informed health choices and organizational well-being. Long committed to addressing the gender gap in medicine and supporting women’s health, since 2022 she has been a member of She is a Scientist, a project dedicated to tackling gender bias in STEM and promoting equity in scientific research.
